The Potato Reset Diet

 

I have been following the Potato Reset diet everyday since April 16, 2019 along with intermittent fasting 20:4. This diet aims to remove a lot of the choice associated with diet which makes it pretty easy. Since it is based on potatoes it is also healthy and nutritionally complete. It has been pretty easy so I’m not sure how long I will continue eating this way. I feel great and healthy eating like this.

Breakfast

This is steamed carrots blended with spinach, steamed cauliflower, raw yellow squash, and raw zucchini.

 

 

 

 

 

Lunch

This is steamed purple sweet potato and steamed sweet potato.

 

 

 

 

 

Dinner

For dinner I have steamed sweet potato.

 

4th Meal

Same as dinner steamed sweet potato.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Total for the Day – 1300 kcal.
