The basic principles of plant-based diets are:
Whole Plant Foods: Vegetables, Fruit, Grains, Nuts, Seeds
Live Foods: Sprouted Beans, Sprouted Nuts, Sprouted Seeds
Some Restrictions on: Oils, Nuts, Seeds
Restrictions on: Meat, Fish, Dairy, Eggs, Oils, Salt, Sugar, Processed Foods, Refined Foods, Fast Food, Restaurant Food
