If you like sugar my Beets’ Blood Hot Sauce provides plenty of sugar with a spicy flavor. Also did I mention that it is low sodium and low calorie?

Makes 12 half cups.

Directions:

  2. Chop ingredients.
  3. Mix in blender or food processor.
  4. Place in air tight container and refrigerate.
